This page explains what happens to the email address you give FugaEdge, and to the little that comes with it. It describes only what the site does today - not anything planned.

Last updated 24 July 2026.

Who runs this site

FugaEdge is run by an individual, its founder, and is not yet a registered company. The operator - the person who decides what happens to your data - is based in Albania. You can write to the operator at hello@fugaedge.com about anything on this page.

What is collected, and why

The only thing you type is your email address, and it is kept for one reason: so you can be invited when a private-beta seat opens. No email is sent to you today - your address simply waits on the list.

Stored alongside it, if you arrive through a campaign link, are the campaign tags in the address bar (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) and the web address of the page that referred you. They record which channels bring people to the site. Arrive directly and these are empty.

A hidden anti-spam field and a Cloudflare Turnstile check also run when you submit the form. Neither is stored; they only decide whether the submission is genuine before your address is saved.

The basis for holding it

Your consent. You enter your address and submit the form to join the list, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by asking to be removed - see below.

Who processes it, and where it sits

  • Vercel hosts the site and runs the form's submission handler. United States.
  • Neon stores the waitlist in a Postgres database in its US East region (us-east-1). United States.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile runs the "are you human" check on the form. It sees that interaction, not your email.

Every one of them operates in the United States, and your data is stored in the United States.

How your data reaches the United States

Because those processors are in the United States, an email from someone in the EU, EEA, or UK is transferred there. Each one relies on a recognised safeguard for that transfer, stated on its own pages:

How long it is kept, and how to remove it

Your address stays on the list until the private beta ends or you ask for it to be deleted, whichever comes first. To have it removed, email hello@fugaedge.com from the address you signed up with, or naming it, and the row is deleted from the database.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent. Each of these goes to the same place: hello@fugaedge.com.

If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you can also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority, and you do not have to contact the operator first.

Cookies

The site itself sets no cookies and keeps nothing in your browser. The Cloudflare Turnstile check may set its own cookie or storage while it decides whether you are human; that belongs to Cloudflare, not to this site.

When this changes

The operator details on this page will be updated if and when FugaEdge is incorporated as a company.
